If you are looking for self-catering accommodation, whether as a new visitor to the area or to our agency or one of our many customers who return to us year after year, our truly local agency with locally based, knowledgeable and friendly staff should be your first choice.

Now with all properties in our portfolio within one larger website, incorporating those from Devon Connection and Dartmouth Cottages under the successful banner of Coast & Country Cottages, we can offer new and regular customers more choice but the same personal service for which our company is renowned.

Planning Your Holiday
An all year round destination, the South Hams offers a different holiday experience depending on the time of year you choose. Busier with families during school holidays, those looking for 'away-from-it all' breaks often find the Spring or Autumn the ideal time to visit whilst re-charging the batteries with a winter short break is becoming increasingly popular.

Whatever time you choose there is always plenty happening in the South Hams. Please do check dates with the local Tourist Information Centre before making a special trip.

Couples Discounts
Looking for a romantic retreat, a cosy cottage or a stylish studio for 2? We have many properties designed for couples in our portfolio. In Low (and sometimes Mid) Season you can also take advantage of the ‘Couples Discount’ offered at larger properties. For that special occasion call us to arrange flowers, wine or chocolates (at extra cost) for your stay. N.B. Dog Friendly Properties
With miles of wonderful dog-walking coastline, many beautiful beaches which welcome dogs and set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Salcombe and the South Hams is the perfect destination for a holiday or short break with your dog. Many of our properties welcome dogs – look out for ‘Pet friendly’ in the property key, or call the team for further advice. We charge £15 per dog per week (max. 2 dogs) per property. For the comfort and enjoyment of all, dogs must be kept under control at all times, and must never be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Family Beach Holidays
South Devon has always been a favourite family holiday destination and still retains its unspoilt charm and popularity with families. Those with pre-school age children can take advantage of lower prices for early or late summer breaks. With safe sandy coves for sandcastles and swimming, plus crabbing, rock-pooling and surfing still proving popular pastimes, this really is the perfect destination for a family seaside holiday. Local attractions including farms, places of interest and adventure parks offer entertainment whatever the weather and the local ice-cream is delicious! Peak school holiday weeks book up very quickly – so hurry! Or why not bring the family for a Half Term Break – fresh sea air and cheaper too!

Short Breaks
The Low and Early Seasons are the ideal time to book a Short Break in the South Hams. With our milder climate, wonderful walking, cream teas and plenty to explore, come without the crowds and when it’s cheaper too! Special discounts for last-minute breaks are often available too. Short Breaks are offered at many of our properties for three or more consecutive nights and are charged at just 70% of the weekly rate. As a popular destination all year round, the prices featured on this website are for the individual property per week. During High Season and Mid Season our properties are so popular that we are generally unable to book Short Breaks at this time, though occasionally cancellations result in availability – please call us to find out more.
